Women in Energy
The group Women in Energy created by Mitsidi began in 2019, inspired by insights gained through mentorship from the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET), an international organization that supports women in the sustainable energy sector. Since then, the group has grown and now includes 155 women. It has evolved into the network Women for Efficiency and Energy (WEE), focusing on promoting gender equity and strengthening women's participation in energy efficiency and a just energy transition.
