Mitsidi was born to transform the energy sector, bringing together brilliant professionals and sharing knowledge to multiply positive impact. From the beginning, we have actively promoted dialogue through lectures, courses, and event participation.
With digital acceleration, we launched EXPANDIR, our first structured knowledge-sharing program, in 2020. In 2021, we created the Energy Efficiency Symposium — Energy Brain, expanding exchanges with market experts. In 2022, we launched Sexta de Debates: Women in the Energy Sector, a milestone aligned with our purpose. Until 2024, our events were virtual, with EXPANDIR and the Symposium taking place biennially, and Sexta de Debates taking place annually. In 2025, we celebrated a great success with the first in-person edition of Women in the Energy Sector.
