GHG Protocol - Brazil

The Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, launched in 2008, was developed by FGVces and WRI, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment, the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS), the WBCSD - World Business Council for Sustainable Development and 27 founding companies. Its main objectives are: To encourage a corporate culture of GHG emissions inventory in Brazil, changing the agenda of tackling climate change in organizations. To prove international quality tools and standards for accounting for emissions and disclosure of inventories. Mitsidi - Brazilian GHG Protocol Program In 2024, Mitsidi was recognized, for the second consecutive year, with the Silver Seal, for producing a complete report of its emissions.
