With the update of LEED criteria to version 4, the certification has become more rigorous and the sustainability requirements more comprehensive. In this context, the Controle project aims to be one of the first LEED v4 certifications in Brazil.

Responsible for carrying out energy and comfort simulations to ensure the performance of the final building and verify this performance against certification requirements.
